Shipping is $20 per order (unless otherwise indicated);

Please Note: Most shipping is $20 but if it is a large package,
or is heavy and is going a great distance, the shipping charges will be
the exact amount charged by UPS.

Refund Policy:
~ Any piece made from a wood normally kept in stock for a listed item will be refunded or exchanged without hesitation;
~ Refunds will be made ONLY within 10 days of the sale and any return must be shipped prepaid -- no C.O.D. will be accepted.
~ Refunds will NOT be paid for shipping cost and there may be a 10% restocking fee.
~ However if a listed item is made from a wood that is not ever kept in stock, or is a special / commission order, then there can not be any refund or exchange.
